1.work closely with local ehs authorities to assure ehs management comply with relevant laws and regulations.
developing local ehs procedures and implement them in accordance with relevant laws and cooperate standards.
2.responsible for the coordination of the entire ehs management system to ensure historical injury experience is being focused upon；
3.develop annual ehs plans identifying functional activities,
training, machine guarding and other ehs improvements needed with action plans and target implementation dates.
4.build up the ehs team； fix the responsibilities to ensure the ehs programmed conduct under control and ensure that
they understand and can perform the responsibilities of their role.
5.conduct safety audits and on—site inspections to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices,
or working conditions.
6.investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities
to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
7.recommend changes to working processes and conditions to ensure that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment and that the
organization complies with all current and future regulations and laws, and the safety policies and standards.
8.lead the jsa/safety risk analysis to identify the risks and make the continuous improvement.
9.educate and train the workforce on health /safety/environment to ensure that they understand and
comply with the health and safety policies and standards.
organizes ehs drills according to local needs of the site
10.organize the ehs orientation for new employees.
11.ensure ehs equipment, protections have the regular maintenance and work well.
12.ensure that first aid supplies and resources are available in accordance with regulations and health and safety policies.
13.prepare the local health /safety /environment policies, procedures and standards to ensure
they in accord with all the current and future regulations and laws.
14.make the monthly reports to government and coordinate with the local government to deal
with the ehs issues to ensure the organization meet the requirements of the
local government and comply with the regulations and laws.
15.make monthly reports required by the hq and wuxi plant, tracing and analysis the safety /environment data.
16.other tasks assigned by plant manager.
1.a thorough knowledge of safety and health laws. national certified safety professional or other relevant certificates preferred.
2.strong communication skills, coordination skill

4.problem solving and integration abilities, prefers result—orientated work style
5.proficient in using ms office application
6.good oral & written communication skill both in english and mandarin is a must.
7.bachelor degree and above in safety engineering, environmental engineering, or related fields. at least have 5 years’ experience in ehs areas in mnc.
